I don't mean to start arguments here, but when you say you offered, wasn't it only a few days ago that you were telling Rosie "no matter what you do don't come back" etc. etc. Or at least that's what her wall post says.

Anyway I won't argue as Martin is a good mod and as I have said I am more or less happy he's back!

I offered to come back because I knew Jordan was struggling on his own. The reason I left in the first place was because I was unhappy with management, however I did say to everyone in the department that I would come back when changes have been made, only I didn't expect those changes to happen so suddenly. :P

I'm sure Martin will do a fine job though!

I thought you left due to disagreements with management, unless i'm misinformed, management here hasn't changed so surely you're still unhappy with it? unless you left just so that you would be offered a higher position like someone mentioned in one of the leaving threads.

Nope, Matt knows the whole story and so do the other mods. I never hid the fact that I was unhappy but now that the problem is being resolved there wont be a problem for me.

Anyway can we not make this thread about me, its the congratulate Martin!
