Actually I'm not coming back at the moment

I do know that it wasn't an ideal situation to bring people straight back in at high positions but I was starting to have no option, i'd also rather give the newer moderators a few more weeks to get used to things and a bit more experience before one of them is promoted when I leave so this was the best thing to do (in my eyes anyway)

I don't mean to start arguments here, but when you say you offered, wasn't it only a few days ago that you were telling Rosie "no matter what you do don't come back" etc. etc. Or at least that's what her wall post says.

Anyway I won't argue as Martin is a good mod and as I have said I am more or less happy he's back!

I offered to come back because I knew Jordan was struggling on his own. The reason I left in the first place was because I was unhappy with management, however I did say to everyone in the department that I would come back when changes have been made, only I didn't expect those changes to happen so suddenly.

I'm sure Martin will do a fine job though!

I believe that was Chris who publicly posted that. I don't remember Martin doing so, although I could of missed it.

Nope, Matt knows the whole story and so do the other mods. I never hid the fact that I was unhappy but now that the problem is being resolved there wont be a problem for me.

Anyway can we not make this thread about me, its the congratulate Martin!
