I read somewhere that there's an insect limit on food? As in food providers can't go over a certain percentage of insect-related ingredients per each food item.
I'm sure it's true though I may be going slightly crazy.

eughhh, makes me glad I only really eat meat from butchers.
Somewhat disturbing, but unless you really have something against eating a horse as opposed to any other animal I guess it doesn't matter much. Anyone who eats gelatin can't really complain except for the fact that the ingredients aren't stated truthfully.
Frankly I would prefer having horse meat in my ground beef to some of the chemicals they use to treat it these days.
