Red I sort of thought it was clone based in the beginning and that was denied. The second appeal was about the retro after the guys here told me its because of a retro. Unless you are specifically paying for a static IP address then you'll almost certainly be using a dynamic IP. Search Google to find out how long your ISP leases IP addresses for. For example my ISP leases them for an hour. So long as I'm connected in some way then the IP won't change. But if the modem is unplugged for over an hour then when it is turned back on the lease on the old IP will have expired and a new one will be issued.
