Habbo banned clone accounts as well as the main accounts!

Why was it denied? I can't see them keeping you banned if it was just for pasting the safety tips. Get them to show you your chat logs of why you are banned.

Red I sort of thought it was clone based in the beginning and that was denied. The second appeal was about the retro after the guys here told me its because of a retro. They asked for my personal info in the second one now waiting for them to get back to me. It's weird in one appeal they ask me to prove it's me and in the other they don't... MODS SUCK

A lot of the time it will depend on who is dealing with your request. Some are more helpful than others, just as some deal with requests by following procedure more than others.

Your best bet will be to wait.

Keep us updated, they should unban you with nothing done wrong other than mentioning the word retro.

Just make sure to fully explain what you know and use full sentences, correct spelling and grammar, etc. and that's all you can do. A lot of the staff over at help.habbo aren't that great at speaking English so you need to give them all the help they can get

Other than that, you must have said something worthy of note to get IP banned for 10 years. I've said the names of retros before and the most I've ever gotten is a month-long ban.

Unless you are specifically paying for a static IP address then you'll almost certainly be using a dynamic IP. Search Google to find out how long your ISP leases IP addresses for. For example my ISP leases them for an hour. So long as I'm connected in some way then the IP won't change. But if the modem is unplugged for over an hour then when it is turned back on the lease on the old IP will have expired and a new one will be issued.
