i got another helpful hint
mak an account with no neopet on and leave it for a week (not going on it). then 1k will appear! put that on main account and do it loads!!!!!

A good game is that Peanut Dash game. I always get 400 - 700np for every time I play the game ;) So that gets me aroound 1k or 2k just like that.
