I'm not 100% sure how it all works, but the PTC sites like Bux.to and others have to tell PayPal who they are and what they're doing because they're dealing with a lot of money (peoples money may I add). As if i bought a site i would use tech-hosts with sms, so i wouldnt need it for that. I would use it for VIP+ but it would be cheaper to buy off someone else LOL

That's what I feel also, however, I do give the best rates I can and also, the rates put other people off competing because it is very hard to get even those rates. Some people think they aren't bad, some people don't like them. All the same, people will still use it if they need it.Quote:
