Thanks for the feedback. Already I have a load of PMs and IM's regarding this asking when it's going to be open. I've also received positive feedback about the rates "not bad enough to put me off" (meaning that they obviously aren't great but they aren't bad either - i'm saying this incase it comes accross incorrectly in the small quote ).

I'm not going to explain but it's not me that is resulting in the hold up in the coding, but there isn't a problem, it's just something I need to be sure of before I can open the website... so basically if all goes to plan it may open tomorrow/saturday evening... (edit from here) although I'll be out all saturday and evening actually... so if not friday possibly saturday, if not, sunday.

They definitely don't. As has been previously said, you can send money that's in your account or on your credit card through your phone, but you can't add credit to your paypal account from your phone credit.
