The fact is it doesnt suit the needs, its on a totally different chart rather than Trading, people wouldnt think to go there for values help and the atmosphere is wrong I feel. On the number of desks, does it really matter? - and hey, as shown by the past example of my former help desk it can only help Habbox because it puts the values team back in spotlight which gains the trust of people, aswell as placing Habboxs presence in an area of which it has been slipping in for a long time (trading in general). If people know who are behind the values and how it works, they trust a system much more and at a time when Habbox has been losing visitor numbers thats vital to solve.
As I said earlier, we'll give it one more go and I think we can make it work.
