Most painful thing you've ever done?

Yup, :l but its barley noticable also im gettin it filled once i have my brace off x]

Running down a very steep hill. Fell over a log, done 3 tumbe-tosses in the air, landing on my leg, broke my ankle and whacked my head on the concrete.

Well.. a few years ago i was playing football with some mates outside, in december time at 7pm and i missed the ball and kicked the curb.. it hurt but it was funny. :)

i done high jump for my class on sports day i came 1st woo :P i think the final height i jumped was 1.45m , i think i could of done more but i didnt get the chance as the final people were out on that jump except me

:o ooo that must off been really painful that happen to my friend lea when we were climbing over this fence to look around at this abandoned factory he jumped on a nail.. i was the one that pulled it out he said he would but he was taking too long so i just yanked it out
