Most painful thing you've ever done?

It wasnt the most pain ful thing but it hurt.
I was doin hi jump it was quite high but i didnt get over it,
Knocked the bar off and landed on the bar.

Cracked my head open by running into a glass door.

There was a door which said pull but I thought it said push, so I was running away from my mate and I ran into the door and cracked my nose and jaw

when my dad was little about 11 his friend was up a tree hidin behind a branch. He started sayin

So my dad picked up a stone and threw it just as he poked his head out
The stone hit his face, knocked him out the tree and broke his nose
