I haven't installed it but I would imagine it would if you chose it to. I'll be installing it on an empty hard drive I have in my system so it doesn't affect my current Windows 7 installation or data.

Ah, that's what I mean haha, how do I go about doing that?

Are you using Google's public DNS? If so, that is why.

Just extracting it now... hopefully Windows 7's method of USB install will work with 8, gunna try it as my laptop's primary OS.

You need to boot from disc etc to install to another partition/hdd

Doesn't boot any quicker than Windows 7 on my machine...

How do you turn on that quickboot feature?
