You can choose not to marry people of a different race like you can choose not to marry people of a different gender. You've just drawn an arbitrary line and said that homosexual behaviour is different to heterosexual behaviour much like those arguing against interracial marriage drew an arbitrary line based on race.Quote:

Marriage between man and woman was prohibited (and still is in most of the world) because marriage has - throughout history - been the start of a family, which requires one person from each of the two sexes. You cannot make a natural family with two men or two women.
