looks = i like draogn legs but the chain ultimately sucks balls
but some barrows really looks good, like torag helmet ahrim etc

stats wise = barrows hands down sorry

For me:

Looks = Dragon - every time
Barrows - ... Never for looks.

Stat wise = Any barrows.

Also - I'm not saying Barrows don't have better special features or better bonuses.... they do.... but they are also uglyer and if they wern't more ugly than dragon then they would be worth about the same or maybe more? People don't buy dragon for stats but because it looks better thats the only real reason. That and its the most expensive armour.
