why? becuz its all about money. They need it to live. Money is important. They bring out rares so people can buy them. And to give out a warning that they are going to bring out the rares is because they want more people to know that rares are coming and to buy credits! MONEY IS IMPORTANT!Quote:

Straight after she says "If you do not have the bill payers permission to call this line please hang up now" it charges you I think so even if you do hang up you still gotta pay because she says the next thing so fast afterwards. yeah I dunno if that makes sense
