You have to go to www.splashplastic.com and order one and then you can go down to your local shop and buy creds, but the limit you have to put on it each time is £10

Ye I do that to pay for my site hosting etc, there are quite a few places allow them, not all at the mo.

splashtastic is basically a top up card but you dont need the mobile phone i get creds by sms
