Am I to blame for this? (Racism)

Just before anyone reads this, I do not intend to be racist and I am sorry if I do offend anyone.

I have the exact same problem apart from I dont post stuff on HxF. I too live in Manchester and I too have to get a bus through longsight which has alot of pakistani/indian people. Now everytime I see an indian or pakistani person they are always together & they always try and act "bad." They walk, dress & talk like they're all it which really does get on my nervous because I, myself am not english neither are my family.
So that too really gets on my nerves & when you sit on the bus or w.e and look at the window and see them, they are always like "YO BLUD, WUT U LOOKIN AT YO." and it really gets on my nerves because I too have had several fights for near enough the same reasons.

Another thing which gets me is religion. I'm not saying that the Muslim religion is wrong, everyone gets to choose their religion, so it is fine. But I hate it when Muslims (yet again, no offence to anyone) sit there and talk about how right the Quran is and how perfect Allah is and then they start saying that basically, the Bible is a complete load of poop & its been changed many times. Its like... your in a country which its main religion isnt Muslim yet your sitting there and critizing other peoples religions...

But there are some very nice pakistani people, I have a few pakistani friends so dont get me wrong, I'm not a racist. So yeah, I dont think your being racist what so ever...

People who complain about 'foreigners in their country' and decide to emmigrate because of this are stupid.

They move somewhere where they are outnumbered around 15:1 by 'foreigners'.

Although if people emmigrate for other reasons, more power to them, at least they know what to expect :)

Maybe they speak in their own ******* language because they feel comfortable? I speak to every white person in English, but if I am speaking to my own family, I speak in Hindi? Why? Its easier for me and them as we have been speaking it for the MAJORITY of our life.

DON'T YOU THINK SO MANY ASIANS LIVE TOGETHER IN LONGSIGHT AND RUSHOLME BECAUSE THEY DON'T WANT TO LIVE NEAR RACISTS LIKE YOU?

The only place which is full of Pakistanis (btw, Manchester doesnt have many Indians at all, its Birmingam) is Rusholme (and maybe Longsight). Rusholme isn't even that big. I live in Withington. I have had white people calling me a **** (funny because I am an Indian .. ignorant idiots) and shouting racist stuff at me and a friend of mine who is black. I was cycling home from college last year and a white man spat at me, actually spat on my face. Did I do anything? No. I was cycling on the road and stopped at a red light and he spat on my face and shouted racist abuse at me. I obviously told him where to go :) You don't realise how insulting it is to be spat on.
I was on the bus this afternoon and 2 white woman got on at Moss Side, both chav looking and they were both on the phone. They were swearing non stop on the phone and talking so loud its unbelieveable. I see many white kids get on the bus everyday and they act like animals.

At school when I was in year 8, a year 11 white girl used to shout racist abuse at me (and then got kicked out of school). Another boy at school shouted racial abuse at me etc ... but then I ended up beating the crap out of him and he never dared look at me again.

But you dont see me hating every white person? I judge people individually. Believe me when I say this, I have probably had more racial attacks on me than you have had but I still don't hate white people. I like them and judge every people individually, and not think ALL WHITE PEOPLE MUST BE IDIOTS BECAUSE I SAW A FEW IDIOTS.

You used the terms "infested" and "breed" when referring to Indians, Pakistanis, Blacks etc. I find that racist, so overall, yes I do think you are racist. Why? Because you see a few idiot asians, and you automatically think we are all the same. Yes there are many idiot asians here, do you think other asians like it? No. I hate them too, but there are white people who are idiots too. Everyone is different, and its not affected by your skin colour.

I dont think people realise how difficult it is sometimes to be brown in UK (even in a highly multi-cultural society like Manchester).

By reading both your post and Mint's original post I think that the few who spoil it then bring hate upon themselves and their entire race by the people they annoy, ofcourse racism wasn't originally two way (slave trade etc) but now it seems its turned around and believe me i've seen this a lot: There are people out there that will annoy and piss people off to hell and then whenever they get any verbal or physical abuse in return they will call it racism and claim that they are in the right. Nobody is in the right. If people take refuge or move to another country they should abide by the laws and be a good citizen, the problem with the UK especially is that the government doesn't care about imigration control. If you went and lived in say botswana or kenya and you vandalised their property and cussed at people telling them that your country and your race is better then obviously they will hate you and you'd even probably be deported if you were trying to become a citizen, which is the problem since we live in a Welfare State.

Just my couple of thoughts...

Just a reminder that it's not allowed to target other forum members, everyone's entitled to their own opinion whether it be wrong or not.

If this discussion is to continue, which we would very much would like to see, members are to ensure they are not targetting any other forum member for their beliefs.

Immigration is not growing or decreasing, it's staying at a steady rate. It's better than America's immigration rate and actually much lower than France's.

Our country will only be taken over, culturally, when our very government begins to accept the laws and rules of other countries and religions.

I completely understand what you are saying. If it wasn't for these chav Pakistanis/Indians there would be a lot less racism towards Indians and Pakistanis. Speaking of the few spoiling it for the many, Indian/Pakistani chav's will be looked at and be used to make decisions on for the Pakistanis/Indians as a whole. Like if a white English person had never seen an Asian before and then they saw some on the bus acting all chavy this would make the person say things like "I saw some of them Asians on the bus yesterday and they were being really disruptive, cocky and were using words such as blud and man every second". A minority in a country should be on their best behaviour, you just don't go to another country and act like a lot of these Pakistanis/Indians do and expect to get no racial abuse from anyone.

I don't know, if there are problems in India with English people then I hope the Indian people speak their minds to them, otherwise the English people will not stop behaving badly.

Everyone behaves badly, regardless of their skin colour, something which you fail to understand.
Like I said, you are ignorant and a racist. Whatever people say, you wont listen and always ignore their posts unless they agree with you. Why ask us for our opinions if you are unwilling to listen? Unless you wanted us to feel sorry for you.
