Well when I say average, I mean somebody who isn't known as the co-owner of a Habbo Staff managed fansite, for instance. Anyway I'm sure you were opposed to the idea at the beginning of the thread? :S

Okay, apparently that is that rule :P Pointless posting can come under it, privacy (if it's an individual finding other pictures or information to use against someone) and inappropriate posting.
