Anyone with a pea brain would also know that comments like "Don't starve yourself" don't help in the slightest. Explaining HOW he is damaging his body by not eating and SUGGESTING ways he can go about getting healthy weightloss is what matters.
And calling a thread made by a person with worries and insecurities "stupid" is completely inconsiderate and downright rude. Go flame elsewhere.

I know this is an old thread that shouldn't have been pulled up again, but what the person above just said is absolutely true. Not eating doesn't make you lose weight on its own, it's actually been proven that not eating can make you put on weight (don't know how so don't ask).
Sometimes it can make you loose weight fast over time, but i think if you eat a bit during starvation, then your body hangs onto it, and thinks 'oh i dont know when he/she is next going to eat' and it hangs onto the food and reproduces it into fat for the body, as every body needs SOME fat, plus it does maintain heat for the body, hence why some people who are underweight are sometimes cold alot more than often.
Anorexia basically kills you in the end, you dont just loose weight and think 'ill stop now', because anorexia kicks in more so around then, and sooner or later, it kills you. So you wont even see it anyway, anorexia takes over your mind and makes you see a completely different image in a mirror, whether your skinny or fat, all you'll see IS fat. Plus you die, so you wont even get a chance to see your 'beauty'.
Just maintain a healthy diet, 3 healthy meals a day, and 1 or 2 snacks during the day and exercise frequently, its much more better than starvation and developing an eating disorder, ect.
This post is also for those who are thinking not eating is a good way to loose weight, its not, its utter and total torture.
Food's too good not to eat anyway.
