    Default Not eating?

    So yeah.. I feel stupid but you know.

    Im fat (No I really am..) so I've decided not too eat, I've not eat for 2 days. I know I should, but im not gunna.

    I just need some advice, please, someone?

    hmm a tough desicion(cant spell it i dont think) but starving ur self aint the answer. Y not eat salads and get more exercise like getting a paper round wich can make u money aswell

    Don't starve yourself, that'll do nothing for your body. Do some excercise, even go on a diet if you have to.

    That is barely going to help. If you think you're fat then you're doctor can help you and will be able to put you on a diet which should stop your weight increasing and maybe reducing a little. If you're going to want to reduce your weight you will need to work out and take part in some sports.

    When I was once Ill I didn't eat for two days (I couldn't) and on my Third day I woke up and I couldn't move a muscle. Every move was hard and I was dizzy. Moving my arm to get out of bed took a few minutes.

    If you're going to starve yourself you won't do nothing but make yourself poorly.

    maybe a banana. I mean u cd eat a lil bit not loadz if u really really dont want to eat, but if u dont eat u wd av no energy to do exercise or many other daily tasks

    Don't starve yourself, it will have serious effects on your body, if you're that worried just eat things that are good for you.
