To remind you of the rule and to remind you that you should add such videos into spoilers.

Perhaps for some but not for me I haven't got warnings / pms regularly until a few weeks ago and I haven't acted differently or made any additional mistakes. As for moderators not giving warnings or infractions to boost their reports, you don't know that.. Sure you can see the reports however they don't point out I HAVE WARNING THIS PERSON BECAUSE I WANT TO BOOST MY REPORT.

Why should I have to add a spoiler though?
No but if I or any other Super moderators or general management feel that a warning/infraction that has been issued is too harsh and not worthy of it then it will be reversed and removed from your account. I can assure you that moderators don't give out warnings or infractions just to boost their moderator reports.
But why can't you make it seem friendlier, I felt like I pulled off the heist of the century because I posted a song, which contained one swear word, which I didn't know about, and didn't put it in a spoiler then add a warning on top of that. I'm pretty sure that a reminder just saying "hey blahblahblah. Just so you know, i've added a spoiler to your video as it contained swearing, as we don't want younger members being offended by the content, could you make sure you're more careful in the future. Thanks :) Regards blahblahblah" rather than "this is against the rules so don't do this again"
Infractions / warnings should have a template there is no need for the "friendly" pms to have a template, I can't see why it's like this other than laziness.
But why do you have to use spoilers, when a warning is sufficient? Videos do not play automatically, they require the end user to click play, and by clicking play you're accepting your fate and are now watching the video. The spoiler is an unnecessary extra step which should only ever be taken when the video title and preview image contant inappropriate content.
I hate the robotic response, they get abuse from me when ever I get a warning because I hate talking to someone who thinks they're either a robot or working on an executive forum. The friendlier response is always good and gets moderators out of trouble. It is a fansite forum afterall, they should understand their demographic and work with it, not against it.
Agreed. Maybe this is another topic which should be brought up. It wouldn't take long to write a friendly paragraph, rather than copy and paste a template, then change the name, especially considering for different occasions it requires a different tone, such as someone constantly posting explicit material, compared to someone posting one video with moderate language, it seems unfair that they both receive the same reminder PM.
What annoys me is why does everything have to be so formal and strict when we are all just here to have fun and the warnings / infractions takes away that fun. Sure, fun should go to some extent but sometimes mistakes are made, they don't need to be told off for something petty that really isn't hurting anyone. 90% of the things warned / infracted on a daily basis, do you honestly think other users are genuinely annoyed or upset by it? because I don't. If they are I'd advise you to send the ones reporting the post / warning the person a pm advising them to go out and get a bit of fresh air.
