I haven't noticed it and I would hope that mods are into moderation and not chasing mod logs just for the sake of it. Mod logs have been used ever since I started as a mod so nothing is different there. More emphasis has been taken in recent time to interact with the forum and
help members. Occasionally a mistake is made but we are all human and it is a learning curve.
Tbh compared with times gone by I would say we do not issue 20% of the warnings and infractions that we used too. I remember when there were no pms, multiple posting was a warning/infraction category and a permanent ban was after 10 infractions! Infractions did not expire at all then it was changed for 6 months. These days there are lots of chances - warnings and infractions expire after two months so you really have to go some to be permanently banned. I guess it was the 'good old days' though.

Since when has moderation got stricter? Considering the department has had reports since I was there as a Forum Moderator which was back in 2008. I do not believe moderation has got stricter at all, it has changed over the years to adapt with new changes but it hasn't been made stricter. I think we have been move lenient these days than we may of done a few years ago. Obviously I doubt you and some others will agree but we certainly haven't made it stricter.

Moderators should not be handing out warnings/infractions just to get their mod reports looking fantastic, if they did then they would be told about it and punished as that's not acceptable at all.

"Please make sure this does not happen again, or further action could be taken."

Sounds quite like a warning, doesn't it?
That's just stating if you break the rule again than further action could be taken against you. There is nothing wrong with saying that even in a reminder PM.

How the hell does that work? Over the past few days I have got 4 warnings, 3 of those where wrongly given and removed from my account. All from the same mod and then you say this lol. You haven't got stricter? in the past moderators would ask me on msn or vm in a friendly manor to add a spoiler to my videos rather than send me a formal warning which akeam has pointed out makes one feel like they've received a warning.

But then that's a warning, isn't it. If it's a reminder pm it should be worded differently and friendlier such as "Please make sure you follow the forum rules in future! " rather than "or further action could be taken." because that seems to change the tone of the message.

Punishment doesn't always include firing someone from the department. So how would you know if they have been punished or not? You shouldn't expect moderators to do it for you or for them to tell you because you may of "simply forgotten". It's a rule which you should follow and if you break so many times than surely you should expect to be punished? Also looking on your account you have been contacted via PM about the spoiler and not an warning/infraction. (Not the ones that may of been removed from your account)

It's just telling you that if you break the rule again than further action can be taken, it's not a big deal. A warning would be on your profile with a yellow icon/image.

I am not sure if that is true as this is a 'blind spot' of yours. I have often sent you a pm to say I have added a warning and a spoiler to a video.

Well I thought it was a warning pm . It didn't seem like a friendly reminder if i'm honest.

Well, this is habbox forum rules are rules but the question is does it matter if it is in a spoiler or not? No one is stopping you from watching it. I have put songs that have had swearing in them and I had pms also but I learnt to really just get over it and luckly the expire.

We wanted a poll on a completely different issue. A lot of people seem to want an optional filter on the forum, that's what the poll was in regards to.
It isn't a warning, it's a PM reminding you of the rules and if you do continue to break it then further action may be taken as you have been reminded the rule exists and if you continue to break it then you can't come back and say 'I didn't know about that rule' as you've been contacted and told about it.

Also i'm sure the poll wasn't about having an optional filter? That's been discussed in a completely different thread and that's something else that was said wont be happening by previous management and I stand by that opinion for the same reasons they did.

Let me just say you've had no warnings, they are PM reminders. They are completely different things. Moderators don't give warnings or infractions out just to boost their moderator reports, in fact the amount of warnings/infractions that are being issued has dropped a hell of a lot since last year.

Why should I receive a pm for not adding a spoiler even though I added a warning? As most have said the video doesn't automatically play.
