I haven't noticed it and I would hope that mods are into moderation and not chasing mod logs just for the sake of it. Mod logs have been used ever since I started as a mod so nothing is different there. More emphasis has been taken in recent time to interact with the forum and
help members. Occasionally a mistake is made but we are all human and it is a learning curve.
Tbh compared with times gone by I would say we do not issue 20% of the warnings and infractions that we used too. I remember when there were no pms, multiple posting was a warning/infraction category and a permanent ban was after 10 infractions! Infractions did not expire at all then it was changed for 6 months. These days there are lots of chances - warnings and infractions expire after two months so you really have to go some to be permanently banned. I guess it was the 'good old days' though.![]()

" rather than "or further action could be taken." because that seems to change the tone of the message.
