Most painful thing you've ever done?

It wasnt the most pain ful thing but it hurt.
I was doin hi jump it was quite high but i didnt get over it,
Knocked the bar off and landed on the bar. xD

Cracked my head open by running into a glass door.

There was a door which said pull but I thought it said push, so I was running away from my mate and I ran into the door and cracked my nose and jaw :(

Mine was falling on a hac saw blade in the park :(

when my dad was little about 11 his friend was up a tree hidin behind a branch. He started sayin

So my dad picked up a stone and threw it just as he poked his head out
The stone hit his face, knocked him out the tree and broke his nose :o

Broke my nose by running and tripping over thomas the tank engine video and hit the tv stand when i was 4 :(

Lol soz that one just made me laugh.
I used 2 shove toast in the video recorder thingy and got smacked for it :'( When i was 3
