what do you think of the military style boots that are in all the high street shops atm

you have to have the right style and physique for the boots.
i saw some large man wearing them the other day, he looked silly! :P
you've got to have the edgy military feel to you to be able to pull them off, but hey who am i to know about fashion
they're alright though, some look comfortable others dont :p but they have a very specific outfit to go with

I don't like the solid ones like those, might as well get my old hiking boots out. Soft leather ones that only go to the ankle rather than calf look farrr nicer, I want these:
