I lost half a stone WITHOUT dieting!!!! WOOT
Yes its true i was 10 and a half stone and had a flabby belly I lost half a stone in a week without dieting and we had buffets and everything.
And how did i loose this weight you ask???...
Well... All you need to do is do 5 minutes of exercise a day (thats all i did) and some days not even that. Also i drank a bit more often. Did you know drinking water is good for your metabalism? This means you digest more. So i did 5 mins exercise a day and drank 1 or 2 extra cups of water.
Every1 else have a go.( i did sit ups by the way)
I am sooo pleased!!!! And my mum is proud too
