Is there still a way to get it or is it too late now? Really like it haha.

Is it the one that looks like the habbo staff one? If so yes just search Airblender ;)

There's always chance to get a badge it just depends which one I believe :P.

You can get the badge until they rotate out with a new one (usually a week or two?).

Are they likely prize rooms?

There are 3 prize rooms and all have a chance of getting the Badge I believe, so try at least 3 times a day with the different rooms!

I've never even got in to a prize room,
Every single time the room is full,
I really want the badge though :(!
