There's always chance to get a badge it just depends which one I believe

You can get the badge until they rotate out with a new one (usually a week or two?).

There are 3 prize rooms and all have a chance of getting the Badge I believe, so try at least 3 times a day with the different rooms!

I've never even got in to a prize room,
Every single time the room is full,
I really want the badge though!
