You could've possibly fractured a bone, but its probably more likely sprained.
Not being rude, but how would we know how bad you've hurt your foot.
Not sure about "How bad it's hurt", but I'd put ice on it if I were you. Unless of course you've allready done that?
OW >.<
That must of hurt.
Well if you can't move it then i suggest you go to a doctors or something.
Do you think you mightv'e twisted it ?
It could be a number of things, I'm always doing this and it can ache for a while or two but it could only be a minor injury. A strong possibilty is that its spreined, when this happens, however bad you've done it, swelling and seazing does occur. But as the old motto goes, i'd see you GP just to makesure things are ok :)
instead of asking on a messageboard, why not just go to the hospital?
Because some advice wouldn't go a miss, also its comforting to know that the situation might not be as bad as it sounds :)
a doctor could help with all that.

Yeah, go get it checked, before it's too late. It could be serious. But hopefully not. Good luck. :)
I would put a cold bag of ice (or peas) on to it and apply pressure to the bag. If it's still hurting by the next morning you should go to A&E to get it x-rayed.
Hopefull you've sorted this out by now but if you ever seem to encounter a injury such as this again (soft skin tissue injury, inflammation) i'd suggest 'Ice Power'. Its a Menthol gel that keeps the damaged tissue warm and helps along with the process of fixing the damage or injury. Its like a deep heat but is more efficient for soft skin tissue injuries.
