    Default How bad have I hurt my foot?

    I fell over my trainers about.. 40 minutes ago. I fell over my shoes then over the pavement edge and i fell on my foot.. at an angle. I cant walk on it. Apply pressure or hardly move it. How bad is it hurt? Thanks x

    You could've possibly fractured a bone, but its probably more likely sprained.

    Not sure about "How bad it's hurt", but I'd put ice on it if I were you. Unless of course you've allready done that?

    Well if you can't move it then i suggest you go to a doctors or something.

    It could be a number of things, I'm always doing this and it can ache for a while or two but it could only be a minor injury. A strong possibilty is that its spreined, when this happens, however bad you've done it, swelling and seazing does occur. But as the old motto goes, i'd see you GP just to makesure things are ok
