Yes, it is, but tend to have probably another plan for another day of the week, because the same food day after day will bore you, and you will give up trying to lose weight. Try exercise aswell if you don't alright.
and ive been told.
if you eat loads of diet food then go to normal food again.
or if you eat loads of like food then go to diet it can actually harm you.
but im not sure can some one correct me
Usualy diets are ment to be controled by doctors aswell because for some people it isnt safe to do diets...
diets are for life not just for losing weight you cant lose weight then suddenly go back to your old ways

The diet itself looks alright (if not boring), but as other people have said, it's not safe to switch between diets for certain periods of time and back again. Then again, emo.. self harm.. I guess it's all part of the plan.

for one size 12 is not a fatty and ur diet is quite bland and boring u could maybe try the kellogs one were u eat 2 bowls of cereal 1 for breakfast & 1 for lunch then a sensible tea and healthy snacks inbetween or at least vary the one your doing and not too much water or you will end up bloated but good luck :)Quote:

- 3 MEALS A DAY
- IF YOUR GONNA SNACK, MAKE IT HEALTHY AND DONT TOO OFTEN
- TRY AND BURN YOUR LAST MEAL OFF!
Remember its fine to have a big breakfast as you will burn the calories from it off, by even just standing, lunch maybe walk, but dinner you need to do somthing - thats the biggest problem if you have a big dinner and dont burn it off...
I suggest running, cycling, long walk..

You might wanna try something else for breakfast, it is the most important meal of the day, and also it's better to eat a bigger lunch and a light dinner.
A size 12 isn't fat lmao..
Anyway.. If you really want to lose weight
I wouldn't bother planning a diet, Just don't eat crap like chips etc..
And try to do some exercise when you can be bothered to :P It will count towards it..

Oh yeah, Don't snack inbetween meals as well, It doesn't help :P
