How tall are you?
I'm 14, 6ft and I weigh 11 stone.
Not exactly. You need food for energy, and to make you go to the toilet. (To excrete) Maybe eat something small. I don't really feel like eating when it's hot weather, but just try to eat something small, because you could turn ill, and energy is needed in the hot weather.
I'm 16, 6 foot and i weigh 12 and a half :/
1.6 metres.
What about some super noodles i coudl eat them.
Just eat something! Really doesn't matter... but probably something with some nutritional value considering you haven't eaten anything.
how tall r u since im 13 years old 5 ft and weigh 6.5 to 7 stone
I don't know how tall i am, i am 1.6Metres if that helps, and i had a fried egg sanwiche now im full up :s
No, this is not healthy.
Without being rude or anything, your overweight for your age, and at the end of they that's the facts.
It's good you've realised there's a problem though and your wanting to cut down on some weight, but starving yourself isn't the way.
If you continue going on without food this is just going to make you ill and you will have malnutrition.
The fact that you've just ate a 'fried egg sandwich' basically sums up your whole problem in a nutshell. You need to take a look at your diet, and if your actually serious about losing weight you need to cut the junk out and start eating healthy.
Along with this, start up regular excercise and gradually the weight will come off in time, but 'starving yourself' will eventually just make you ill!
Of course it's not healthy, you always need food, if you don't feel as hungry have a lighter meal but don't stop eating altogether.
GOD NO!!! DON'T EAT SUPERNOODLES!!! They have over 500 cals and 20g of fat! I ate them for ages cause the packet tricks you and I thought there was only 170 cals in them. Now you could make up those 500 cals with somethi g much healthier.
I'm 13, 5ft 8, and weigh 8 or 9 stone... i dunno if thats over weight :P I dont think it is.. When I went doctors he said it was in the healthy category..
anyway, I love my food, I love to eat =] I eat a lot, but I make sure I do a lot of exercise aswell to burn off the fat :)
You may be Obese see you're Doctor about going on a diet.... your not eating thats not good but why have a fried egg... eat healthy
Im 16 and I'm 9st so I would say that you do need to lose some weight or I needto gain either way. merrr
As ostinato said about malnutrition read this..
Malnutrition is a general term for the medical condition caused by an improper or insufficient diet. It most often refers to undernutrition resulting from inadequate consumption, poor absorption, or excessive loss of nutrients, but the term can also encompass overnutrition, resulting from overeating or excessive intake of specific nutrients. An individual will experience malnutrition if the appropriate amount, kind or quality of nutrients comprising a healthy diet are not consumed for an extended period of time. An extended period of malnutrition can result in starvation.
Malnutrition as the lack of sufficient nutrients to maintain healthy bodily functions is typically associated with extreme poverty in economically developing countries, while malnutrition as the result of inappropriate dieting, overeating or the absence of a "balanced diet" is often observed in economically developed countries (eg. as indicated by increasing levels of obesity).
Most commonly, malnourished people either do not have enough calories in their diet, or are eating a diet that lacks protein, vitamins, or trace minerals. Medical problems arising from malnutrition are commonly referred to as deficiency diseases. Scurvy is a well-known and now rare form of malnutrition, in which the victim lacks vitamin C.
Common forms of malnutrition include protein-energy malnutrition (PEM) and micronutrient malnutrition. PEM refers to inadequate availability or absorption of energy and proteins in the body. Micronutrient malnutrition refers to inadequate availability of some essential nutrients such as vitamins and trace elements that are required by the body in small quantities. Micronutrient deficiencies lead to a variety of diseases and impair normal functioning of the body. Deficiency in micronutrients such as Vitamin A reduces the capacity of the body to resist diseases. Deficiency in iron, iodine and vitamin A is widely prevalent and represent a major public health challenge. An array of afflictions ranging from stunted growth, reduced intelligence and various cognitive abilities, reduced sociability, reduced leadership and assertiveness, reduced activity and energy, reduced muscle growth and strength, and poorer health overall are directly implicated to nutrient deficiencies. Also, another, although rare, effect of malnutrition is black spots appearing on the skin.
