Ok, firstly, what is this thing?
Secondly, nothing is worth hurting yourself over.
Thirdly, you don't know how to stop this thing right? If you start cutting, soon you won't be able to start that. No matter how certain you are that you won't let it spiral out of control.
So, care to share what this bad thing is?

Okay well, first of all, we can't really help you fully until you actually elaborate further and describe to us the problem which you are facing, and what this 'bad thing' you are doing actually is. Do not be afraid to tell us, as the majority of us will understand and do our best to give you advice and anyone who is rude towards you etc. will of course, be dealt with accordingly. and as for the cutting bit. It really doesn't get you anywhere. I know from personal experience it makes you feel better for a few hours, then your back to square one. so it really doesn't help at all.

Unluckly such people dont exist, there are always two sides to a story, studys have shown over 98% of people on death row in america have brain damage, hence are mentaly ill. If there is no remorse for an action, then ether the person is brain damaged in some way, or felt the action was justifed, which is realy societys fault, and many people hold that view. If someone killed bin larden, many would feel it was justifed would they not? a person on an indervidal bases can see another killing as bing just as justifed.
