Aside from jumping to conclusions and making those unorthodox accusations of why you stole it, I'd say they'll only talk to you and give you a warning, I assume you're what, around 13/15 years old? If it's the first or one of the first times you've done this, they're only going give you a warning. Having an ASBO is a little extreme, I assume you only stole something from a store? Or did you attack a little old lady, take her shopping and her purse?
