Right people have been moaning about HxHD and the management are you happy with it?
SUCKS. new team please. nobodys EVER there.

Me and Jake and a few others are there all the time nearlly and please post ya opinions :)
Even though I'm a trialist, I'm finding it more and more a waste of time as no-one is hardly in there, and when people are in there; it's mainly staff anyway.
The management are good though.

Its because Help Desks are no longer needed on Habbo due to Habbo eXperts, habbos not wanting help from help desk, to many rebels cause trouble in help desks. I suggest a new room :)
The same is happening to Help Desks as what happened to Mafias last year, they are no longer popular as they used to be and there are more and more every day.
Things like Trading and Nightclubs are more popular now :)
I'm happy with the management just not the room it's in. I think Bren-Element should own the room.
My help desk is popular and HxHD was popular at christmas
I like bren very much but he seems a bit too laid back to be a manager. A manager needs to be strict and on the ball to get their staff working.
Bren is an amazing Manager for the help desk, im very happy with him unfortunately Intelluxual is not as good at his job IMO.

I think you should get a new room owner. 8Freak8 hasn't even bothered to update the room. Easter is over! Also the few times I visit it, there is not many people there. Maybe hold some events in there?

The desk is dead and Habbox Management (top management that is) know that.
I like it I just think it's going through a bit of a 'dry patch' at the moment with people having exams etc etc. I can see invincible's point about Bren being laid back but that's just his style and Bren is still a great manager (as was invincible).
I visit randomly. I would say 60-75% of the time it is empty or not used by staff.
Laid back managers work the best sometimes, if you have a manager who is hated then peopel just leave because what's the fun in working if your getting shouted at and can't have a laugh sometimes?
The problem when you're too laid back though, is that staff think they can get away with not showing their face for a week or two.

People who are there are often AFK. DJ-3000 ran it superbly. Take some tips from those days.
They should hand over the room to another member of staff, who may actually re-design it to match the season. Easter is dead now. Or just hadn it over to someone who should be the Manager, as having a Room Owner and a Manager does not help really. The manager has to get the owner online to give people rights and it just causes a problem.
Bren is the best manager that helpd esk had had in a long time. people like him, staff like him everyone is happy, its not popular sometimes because no1 needs a help desk atm, there is staff the all the time just no habbos needing helpQuote:

I remember when HxHD was the best place to work at, (other than TH) It was always full , then it deteriated when DJ-3000 handed it over.
this thread is a bit unfair on Bren tbh.
If people have that much of a problem with HxHD they should contact Bren personally, or Senior Management, not make it public because it's not nice when people do things like this in public.
No one is having "a go" at him? He needs full control over that room. 8Freak8 owning the room does no favours to Bren. At the moment, he is no better than a Super Staff member. Apparently he will be owning it soon, according to some info from someone I shalt not name.
