They should hand over the room to another member of staff, who may actually re-design it to match the season. Easter is dead now. Or just hadn it over to someone who should be the Manager, as having a Room Owner and a Manager does not help really. The manager has to get the owner online to give people rights and it just causes a problem.

Bren is the best manager that helpd esk had had in a long time. people like him, staff like him everyone is happy, its not popular sometimes because no1 needs a help desk atm, there is staff the all the time just no habbos needing help

Staff are hardly ever there. I go in on clones. Always empty. As Gomme said, have owner of room as manager for ease. DJ-3000 ran it brilliantly, no-one has matched that for a long time. Eckuii was decent, Bren hasn't been proven yet so we can't really comment on it =l

Bren has 100% control over ALL his staff, just because he is friends with them aswell doesnt mean he has no control. I believe if Bren was given the chance to create his own helpdesk room to be able to give rights etc he would lvoe the opportunity to proove his usefulness.

Forgive me, but - who are you?! Your profile says you do not play Habbo however you seem to be avidly supporting Bren and his activities on Habbo; which, apparently, you do not play.

He has no control? He cannot lock the room when a random riot (if possible) happens in the room, he cannot give potential super staff rights. He cannot control that room to the best he can. He is nothing but a glorified Super Staff, than a manager "/

Just to mention, I am not saying he shouldn't be manager. I think he is ok at the job, he just neeeds to be able to cast rights etc. He needs to make a room, not have rights in someone elses.
