This guy said he had little lumps (like bumps) on the foreskin of his tool.. what are they?
I think it depends on the size of them and what they look like. I think it would be best for your friend to consult a doctor, and get him checked out to be on the safe side.
we were talking and he said they were small :s??
If there are quite a few, i would definitely get your friend to go to the doctors, if there is just a few and there not to big and 'ugly' looking, i think i would suggest to give it a few days and see what happens.
He could always try some of those teen sites where they explain all types of diseases. If he hasn't come into contact with anyone, i wouldn't imagine it would be something serious.
Depending on his age it could be puberty because it is know the production of testosterone can produce spots/lumps/bumps down there usually they would go away within a month or two if after that they havent consult a doctor.
okay i shall pass it on, i dont think he said they were big, smaller then hundreds and thousands (if you get them in the UK). But he said they were not many, maybe 20? (all in a patch)
I think he is worrying to much, tell him, its fine if he hasn't come into contact with anyone.
I'd advise going to the doctors, As soon as possible
If they are all over and small then its possible its something to do with puberty. . .
If its just in a small patch and pritty big then not sure?

During puberty some people get little hairs growing on their foreskin, the lumps are just hairs trying to get through. They are not dangerous and medical attention is not required.
