    If they are all over and small then its possible its something to do with puberty. . .

    If its just in a small patch and pritty big then not sure?

    I got them

    Still got them, tbh, had them about 2 years atm,

    It where the hairs grows, (somee of them), he shouldnt worry .

    If he really worried, then contact a doc, it personal, and your mum/dad dont need to know

    Are you sure not just saying 'your friend' or whatever but really mean you have them?

    Also Lazer I don't experience hairs on my foreskin :S Or do you mean little weeny ones? :S

    During puberty some people get little hairs growing on their foreskin, the lumps are just hairs trying to get through. They are not dangerous and medical attention is not required.
