If your at home go to bed at like 7PM with two duvets on and a jumper etc when your parents go to sleep, switch TV on mess around for a bit take the jumper and duvet off if you want. Wake up just before your parents and put the jumper and duvet back on then pretend to be asleep or go back to sleep and just say you feel ill, cold etc. Works for me ;>

I got out of class once by putting a ring tone on my phone and then pretending to answer it, and then i told my teacher that it was very important news concerning my nan and he let me go
Just don't eat anything for one night after school, tell parents your feeling sick and when your parents go out the next day, eat :)
