I think not. Many people break rules accidentally, or rules they wouldn't have imagined were rules. I don't think your punishment should have anything to do with your reputation.

The only way this would be possible is if the system was entirely automated and, unless the feature is already built in to vB Forums (which as far as I can tell it isnt), Habbox Forum doesn't install hacks/scripts because of the holes it leaves in the coding which may cause a security risk. ;)
