Does Roman give you access to his taxi? Thats how you get the Driving Mr. Bellic achievement. Go out with Roman, and offer to drive for him.
Do I ring him and offer him to go out somewhere? and he says pick me up blah blah, then he says take his cab?

I've done the txt message cars, not been on for a few days. gunna try for stunt jumps tonight then maybe get close to 90% with the random characters aswell, i'm on about 82% now
