Nice one, and I'm sure I've done all random characters, I've been everywhere around town and no achievement, I guess I have to start form the begging which will piss me off. :@

Use the maps and make sure that you speak to all of them, but you don't have to do the Brian 2 etc. Just meet them once.

I imagine it's this one guy I ran over with a motorbike and he died, I couldn't stop but he was one of the random characters and I didn't get to go into a cut scene so I guess he doesn't count? Now I need to go find him.
