Well of course we'll say it's fun but you'll have to try it out for yourself..
Well, I know it can be when you are high levels but is it fun getting to the high levels or is it monotonous killing of the same monsters?
I guess levelling is just one big grind with quests, but which MMO isn't? All of the MMOs I've played have required killing the same thing over and over. But it's not just boars, though there are different varities of boars. There are alot of monsters, but it's still one big grind, do instances if you find it boring.
use a trial.
Had a trial and found it was quite fun :) Any suggestions for what race I should use? If I wanted to (after the big leveling grind) do some really cool quests :)
I've had a go and i hated it... Not my kinda game tho, you never know until u try
If you wish to talk to most of the people who post in this Section you'll have to go to Kilrogg for the main portion and Quel'Thalas to speak to Jon :P But he does come on Kilrogg but not very often :(
Daz951 - Típp
Bailey - Baileh
Naughtynemo - Naughtynemo, Ndruid, Dwarfing
Wigg44. - Willshammy
All the main people i used to chat to who used this forum :] But just look around and you'll probably find wayyy more :]
Good luck in wow :D
Yeah it's worth a buy but leveling is sort of funish.. but once you've hit level 70 etc that's when the real fun begins.
It gets a bit repeative:
Kill x x times
Bring x to x
Kill 10 x and 5 x
But there are different quests once you hit Outlands and stuff I think.
Cool Any suggestions on which is the easiest race to start off with?
A warlock is an easy class to level also with a hunter,
Warlock - Gnome, Human, Orc, Blood Elf, Undead,
Hunter - Night Elf, Dwarf, Draenei, Orc, Blood Elf, Troll, Tauren
Most of the people here play Alliance. They were what I found easiest to level because they have a bonus of having a pet.
Warlock Pets - Imp Minion is a basic pet which you recieve after doing a quest at level 3? Correct me if i'm wrong. Its good for the blood pact, giving you extra health while it is alive.
Voidwalker - Received at level 10 after completing a quest, It's good for tanking since it has high amount of hp and can keep the monster you are fighting attacking that instead of you.
Succubus - Received at level 20 after completing a quest, It's good for keeping mobs off people when in instances with its Seduction spell (stuns for 10 secs or so can't remember) Not really used for single pve imo.
Felhunter - Received at level 30 after completing a quest, Very good for fighting rogues in player versus player because of its Paranoia bonus, making you able to see them when they're quite a fair bit of distance away.
Felguard - One of the only warlock pets which you do not have to quest for, it comes from the Demonology Talent Tree at level 51 you get this, it is very good for Dps'ing and single tanking in player versus environment, runs out of mana very quickly though.
All of the Warlock's pets level up as their master goes along, so if you reach level 12 with your minion out it will become the same level as you. As you move along you must get "Grimoires" from Demon Trainers in all major cities and teach the specific "Grimoire" talent to the specific minion.
A hunter can tame almost any Beast in the game. They recieve the "Tame Beast" spell at level 10 after completing a quest, then after that you can tame basically any Beast you see. Hunters pets are used for Dps'ing and tanking when in PvE. Plus you may only tame a beast lower or the same level as you, it does not level up as you go along like a warlock pet does, you must train up its exp like you would do, it gets exp like you do from killing things. Hunters pets also get TP (Training Points) to gain more resistance, hp etc.
Hope this helped a bit :]
Charly
;]
Priest ftw.
Everyone is saying that priests r well good and im rolling a char on kilrogg but wanna be a gnome.
I wanna be a priest too but no option on gnome.
south park episode is as far away from what wow is actually like as you can get :$
Gnome Priest would be the best class and race combo.
MAGEEEEEEEEEE.
Vendors. Cool spells. Wanted in instances and raids. Great fun. Isnt just spamming 1 move.

and well ofcourse

In my opinion WoW stopped being fun since tbc because everything got too repetitive. But if you want to join i suggest going on a high population pvp realm
And i suggest going as a rogue, with poisens you will be unstopable in pvp
All this is soo confusing :S loool
:S lol WOW noob :8
Don't roll a mage, nemo complained about levelling with it! And he got bored and made a druid instead. Lock/Hunter are easiest to start with imo even though i started with a pally X]
I want to start wow again but my comp is screwed and I don't want to have to start with no monies again :(
I swear you got bored though :P
