Thinking of joining WOW

What should I know before I join? Is it fun straight away or do I have to kill a million wild boar before I can do anything interesting (like in south park?) lol any info would be nice

Well of course we'll say it's fun but you'll have to try it out for yourself..

Well, I know it can be when you are high levels but is it fun getting to the high levels or is it monotonous killing of the same monsters?

I guess levelling is just one big grind with quests, but which MMO isn't? All of the MMOs I've played have required killing the same thing over and over. But it's not just boars, though there are different varities of boars. There are alot of monsters, but it's still one big grind, do instances if you find it boring.

Had a trial and found it was quite fun Any suggestions for what race I should use? If I wanted to (after the big leveling grind) do some really cool quests

If you wish to talk to most of the people who post in this Section you'll have to go to Kilrogg for the main portion and Quel'Thalas to speak to Jon But he does come on Kilrogg but not very often

Yeah it's worth a buy but leveling is sort of funish.. but once you've hit level 70 etc that's when the real fun begins.

It gets a bit repeative:

Kill x x times
Bring x to x
Kill 10 x and 5 x

But there are different quests once you hit Outlands and stuff I think.
