Wait for DLC
Go play MP
Do achievements.
Trade it in for a new game is what I'd suggest. The GTA games are only fun when you have something to aim for, I've never found the sandbox games all that entertaining when you're just given a world to play with.
get rid of it and buy a real game

It's coming out in August and then again in 09.

Delete the save game and play it again.
DLC has been confirmed to be coming out in November at the very earliest, and most likely in Q1 of 2009.
Don't rush through it? Enjoy yourself, use the Sandbox, create your own missions?
