I just got 100% on Gta 4 and was woundering what i should do know seeing as i done everything

Go play MP

Do achievements.

Trade it in for a new game is what I'd suggest. The GTA games are only fun when you have something to aim for, I've never found the sandbox games all that entertaining when you're just given a world to play with.
