Page Forbidden [+Rep]

Right Hello. On my site im testing a new layout at this address

But all i get is my forbidden page:S

EDIT: i have tried to change permissions but i just get errors say you dont have permission

Im still stuck . Any ideas?

Does the layout use php to do anything (randomize colours/adverts ect)?

Dont work for me, you could try clicking internet in the right corner of browser and adding it on to trusted sites?


Edit : could it be that the site is down?

if you cant see its because ive changed DNS so you need to flush it at your end see this to fix

all i get when i try to view code is
