Does the layout use php to do anything (randomize colours/adverts ect)?

Dont work for me, you could try clicking internet in the right corner of browser and adding it on to trusted sites?
Edit : could it be that the site is down?

if you cant see its because ive changed DNS so you need to flush it at your end see this to fix
