apparently he can do the 400m in 45 seconds aswell, and that's faster than the womens world record :S
The guy is amazing. I seen him in his first race for the 200m (Heat 1) He came 2nd but he jogged most of it. And the person who came first put full effort in, lol. But once I knew he was in it, I knew he was going to win it.
200m is his preferred event so ofcourse he's going to win it :PQuote:

He really is special. It's phenomenal to watch him run, it really is.
That really is amazing considering 19.30 / 2 = 9.65 so he ran 2 100metres under world record time if you know what I mean :S
yeah i realised that, but then i suppose in the last 100m you're already running into it, you're not starting off.

Bolt is something special although his height and strength help alot, when he runs his stride is 8 foot, which is huge! Thats why he runs so fast and easy.
In the 100m he was cruising but then again it is a new track. In the 200m he struggled to beat Michael Johnson's world record but just came through.
Not to mention the 4 x 100m relay, where Jamaica beat Carl Lewis's team of 92 to break their world record, which has stood for 16 years!
I'm just saying, he could easily compete in mens 400m if he can run a time like that when thats not his specialty.Quote:
