Usain Bolt - 200m

But yeah, Usain Bolt won the 200m with a time of 19:30 and is now the holder of the 100m and 200m world records.

apparently he can do the 400m in 45 seconds aswell, and that's faster than the womens world record :S

The guy is amazing. I seen him in his first race for the 200m (Heat 1) He came 2nd but he jogged most of it. And the person who came first put full effort in, lol. But once I knew he was in it, I knew he was going to win it.

200m is his preferred event so ofcourse he's going to win it

he wasn't trying in the 100m, as you could see at the end with his jogging

but he was trying in the 200m FINAL, he even said before that he was going for it and you could tell he was putting 100% effort into the 200m to beat johnson's record - but he could improve on the 19.30 given that the race was in a headwind

yeah i realised that, but then i suppose in the last 100m you're already running into it, you're not starting off.
