I've never ever been on a tube before and I'm so worried about it! If my journey goes wrong I am literally knackered as I'm getting a train from London to Northampton.

What I'm worried about is the Arrive and Departure times. Some are at the same time of arrival. What does this imply?

As long as you don't mix up Northbound, Southbound, Eastbound and Westbound with each other, you're fine. Each "Line" (the track you get) should have at least one or two maps showing you what stops are on it, with the current station you're already on at the top. Like this one which is a Westbound map:

The station you are at is in the blue box, so in that picture it is St. Pancras :) If you get on the right platform with the tube station name you need on a map like the one above, you're fine :) What tube stops do you need anyway, or haven't they specified any?

Get the circle line to Euston Square then walk the 30 seconds to Euston station.
Arr and Dep times are the same because trains stop for about 20 seconds.
Do the tubes really take 0 secs?

Get there a little early, say 10 minutes early, then you just get on the tube, the other stuff such as London Paddington are your stops I guess :)
The arrival and departure times might be the same but tube trains come like every 3 minutes anyway so you'll be fineeee :D
It doesn't matter if you miss a tube because they come every 5-10 minutes. Don't get worried about it unless it's in the rush-hour.
Remember to buy your tickets!
When you first look at the tube map your like wth but its really easy to understand and like it has been said, don't worry about missing it as they come like every 5mins.
Take the Circle line (or hammersmith and city line) eastbound until you get to euston square, then you could walk around the corner. Or you could take the circle or hammersmith and city line eastbound to kings cross and then take the Victoria line one station southbound.
Good luck on your journey, shouldn't be too busy at midday thursday but don't count your chances of getting a seat anywhere!
If you're on a teenage oyster it will cost anything up to a maximum of a pound. Otherwise could cost something like £2.50 as far as i'm aware for adult tickets in zone 1.
Dont worry the tickets are cheap in the easter holidays, I went last week to Bond Street for only 1 pound day travelcard mega cheap.
